As the Team Lead of The Shaw Team at Indiana Realty Group, Brandi has spent the past five years building her real estate business and growing a team of professionals who share her commitment to exceptional client service. Her extensive background in management has provided her with valuable leadership, communication, problem-solving, and negotiating skills that she puts to work for her clients every day.

Teresa Scheffee is an Associate Broker with Indiana Realty Group. She was born and raised in Flora, Indiana. She currently resides in Brookston on the Tippecanoe River with her husband and 3 dogs..
Teresa has worked in the manufacturing industry for 20 years and the industrial recycling industry for 9 years. She retired from her previous job in June 2024 and decided to pursue a new career in real estate. She has found a new love in helping clients find their new dream home, knowing she has done everything she can to make the process as smooth and seamless as possible.
In her spare time, Teresa loves spending time with her husband on the river or galivanting around in the convertible. Her family and friends are also a huge enjoyment with spending time together.
As a lifelong Lafayette resident, I have a deep connection to the community and the people who call it home. Having lived in Lafayette for most of my life, I understand what makes this area such a special place to live, work, and build a future.

Bill Waller is an Associate Real Estate Broker with Indiana Realty Group and a member of The Shaw Team, serving Tippecanoe County and surrounding communities.
Originally from northeast Georgia, Bill moved to the Battle Ground area in 1999, where he volunteered his time working with wolves and earned his bachelor’s degree from Purdue University. More than 25 years later, the Greater Lafayette area is home. Before entering real estate, Bill spent more than 20 years in graphic design, prepress, and publishing, developing the attention to detail, organization, and communication skills he now brings to his clients.
Bill believes great real estate service starts with listening and understanding each client’s goals. Whether buying, selling, or relocating, he knows the process can be exciting, stressful, and everything in between. His goal is to provide clear communication, thoughtful guidance, and personal service that makes the experience as comfortable and manageable as possible.
